Nov 11th 2011 - Somerset and Gloucester High Court Decision
Campaigners in Somerset and Gloucestershire where the Councils were wanting to close many libaries took their case to the High Court. The Judicial Reciew found in the campaigners' favour and ruled that the Councils' actions were unlawful. A press release can be found here.
